Acosta – Mosaic
Acosta is an outsourced provider of sales and marketing services for the consumer packaged goods industry, servicing to over 1,000 consumer packaged goods companies and marketing to 130,000 retail stores and wholesalers in the U.S. and Canada. Mosaic is part of the group providing agency creative services to the client base.
Already the driving force behind most of the grocery marketing initiatives, Acosta needed to define its digital strategy by increasing the scope of support for the CPG brands. First Retail brought their deep knowledge of retail ecommerce to this project, enabling Acosta-Mosaic’s senior team to define objectives, create a cost-benefit analysis and an implementation roadmap for this $50M+ opportunity.
